My Zen Path

Dear reader

It is such a gratifying and humbling experience to know how some of the My Zen Path stories touch an individual's life in a meaningful way. A reader  shared her personal story triggered by the article - The bliss of solitude, and it just made my day.

This newsletter brings an article about the subject that has fascinated me for a long time - resilience. What makes some people bounce back stronger from adversity? How can we develop it? With the challenging times ahead, wouldn't it be more important than ever before?

The discussions is primarily around the resilience researcher Dr. Lucy Hone's story of losing her 12-year daughter in a tragic accident and her own struggle to grapple with the situation, and the strategies that emerged from her efforts - Living with resilience

Do watch her talk, read the discussion around it and let me know your own thoughts, your own experiences of bouncing back, or emerging stronger.

Please do share if something resonates...

A fellow fighter,
