Dear reader,

This newsletter brings a new post Gratitude featuring two moving TED talk videos. The first one discusses "Gracenotes" for appreciating people while they are still alive, and the second one is by a psychologist researching well- being while she is fighting her own cancer.

This is one thought that kept lingering while watching their talks.
