My Zen Path

Dear reader,

This newsletter contains third part of the Personality Theories in which I have discussed Behaviourism with respect to Pavlov, Skinnerand Bandura. They have some really interesting theories about our conditioning, reward, punishment and self-efficacy - our beliefs about our own abilities. I think most of the My Zen Path readers would enjoy this. I was also planning to finish the last part of the series that covers the third wave of personality theories, but couldn't do it because of some personal reasons. Anyway! I am hoping to finish it soon.

Do  send your feedback, comments either on the website or by replying to this newsletter. I am looking forward to some inputs as I am contemplating next iteration of the website.

I wish you a great weekend and a wonderful month ahead!

Thank you!
