My Zen Path

Dear reader,

This newsletter contains an interesting article - What makes life worthwhile? This article discusses how Chip Conley found Maslow's hierarchy of needs inspiring and useful not only for his employees, but also for his business profits.

I find quite a few similarities between Conley's experiments, experiences as an entrepreneur and the concepts that I had discussed in the article Why We Work based on Barry Schwartz's book by the same name.

Do send your feedback, stories or any other connections that you might have experienced with the articles, talks or stories that I have covered here on My Zen Path!

This is the last monthly newsletter for this year and I wish you a very happy and purposeful new year!

Thank you!
