My Zen Path

Dear reader,

This newsletter brings the very first guest post by my friend Sandeep Gautam, a Gallup-certified Strengths & Happiness Coach who is passionate about positive psychology. He has contributed a wonderful article: Strengths for Work & Life in which he discusses both Gallup and VIA strengths.

The other article is based on one my favourite quotes by Dumbledore (rather by J. K. Rowling) titled:
Choices, not abilities..., which also features philosopher Ruth Chang's research about difficult life choices. There are some interesting connections there - do read and watch.

It is always a pleasure to read your feedback, comments and I am sure our guest writer would enjoy them as well. Do write in.

Have a great weekend and wonderful month ahead!

Thank you!
