My Zen Path

Dear reader

We live in strange times - the world is experiencing a threat from SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) virus. Like most of the countries affected by this pandemic, we Indians are in an extended lockdown. It is something that we have not experienced before and understandably that is causing some anxiety to many people as they remain concerned about their own health, well-being of their families, their jobs and global economy post lockdown. But as they say - when you can't go outward, go inward. This also is a never-before opportunity to introspect and reflect - what really matters?

This newsletter brings an article The bliss of solitude that discusses how to make best of this situation - to meaningfully engage with the unhurried life and solitude that most of us are not used to. It connects various dots - right from Thoreau to Shakira and few other eclectic insights.

Do write back to let me know what is making you happy and fulfilled in this lockdown. What are your reflections? What are your insights? I'd love to hear...
