Dear reader,

I couldn't send the newsletter in the last month as I had many things on my plate. Anyway. Here is the latest one for this month. 

This newsletter features article Improving continuously by one of my favourites, Dr. Carol Dweck - author of Mindset. This is based on one of her early talks introducing her Growth mindset concept. There are references to Locus of Control, and Kaizen in it. Do check out.

Taking about Mindset, here is an online course on Coursera titled The Growth Mindset - it seems interesting, though I haven't taken it myself (yet)! :-)
